The Colt Proteus PR100 is a 100mm pitch extruded aluminium, single bank louvre system. Each blade incorporates its own drain channel which captures the rain and channels it to the side, down to the sill and out of the building. In doing so it eliminates cascading, which is water flowing down the front face of the louvre.Each blade is clipped to the mullions which allows for thermal expansion.The louvres are performance tested and classified to EN 13030:2001 which is a technically identical test to AS/NZS 4740:2000
